Property Management Terms
A dedicated agreement structure covering the main operational terms for Avello's managed property service.
Managed services
The agreement should describe the management services Avello will provide for the relevant property, including administration, communication, coordination and practical oversight tasks.
Contractor management
Avello may arrange, coordinate or monitor contractors in connection with repairs, maintenance and related property works, subject to agreed authority levels and landlord approval protocols.
Property inspections
Inspection frequency, reporting format and any limitations on access or scope should be documented in the final agreement.
Tenant communication
The agreement should set out how Avello handles routine tenant communication, issue triage, practical updates and coordination with the landlord where decisions or approvals are needed.
Rent handling
Where rent handling forms part of the service, the agreement should explain receipt, processing, reporting and remittance arrangements together with any applicable compliance framework.
Reporting
Landlord reporting should include the expected cadence, content and communication method, whether for rent, maintenance, inspections or broader portfolio activity.
